Key Responsibilities:Candidate Sourcing:Use job boards, social media, professional networks, and our internal database to find and attract top talentConduct pre-screening interviews to assess suitabilityBuild and maintain a talent pool for upcoming rolesAdministrative Support:Register new candidates and collect all required documents and certificationsComplete forms and paperwork for site inductions and ensure complianceKeep candidate records updated and organised

What We re Looking For:Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsGood level of English (spoken and written) an additional European language is a big plusSome knowledge or background in construction would be an advantageA team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
