Temporary HR Advisor Approx. 3 month duration Beautiful offices based in Holborn, London (100% onsite)

Salary circa. 23.00 per hour PAYE (plus holiday pay) Immediate startI am seeking an experienced HR Advisor, to assist my client predominantly with ER Casework, and to also undertake generalist duties to support to the wider team.Key duties will include:- HR query resolution- Performance management- Employee Relations- Policies - updating, advising, ensuring policies are fully compliant and fit for purpose- Amendments to contracts- Onboarding supportIn order to be considered you need to have extensive UK based experience at advisory level, and be confident dealing with high volumes of complex ER cases. A CIPD qualification would be advantageous but isn't essential.This role sits within a large and very busy HR department, at the heart of an NGO, so will provide a great amount of variety and exposure.This is a 100% onsite role, working 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.Payroll is via Simpson Judge, paid weekly, and salary on offer is circa. 23 p/h plus holiday pay.We are unable to provide sponsorship for this role - please only apply if you hold full right to work in the UK, alongside the required HR Advisory experience.
