Legal PA

Conduct global research to verify available information and identify further information relevant to the taskCarry out effective open-source research whilst utilising internal data sources to support the investigative processLiaise with internal in-country team to identify relevant information and ensure all relevant source information is capturedEnsure all information obtained is collated and summarised, with all supporting documents recorded for assessment and reviewIdentify red flags and ascertain further lines of enquiry to ensure all relevant information is capturedContextualise environmental factors which may affect the suitability of the individual or company under reviewInterpret and analyse information and intelligence gathered from numerous databases and third-party sources to draw inferences via a thorough reasoned processPresent findings and key information in a report format, in a clear, logical manner, and present the key threats where further information is required to potentially resolve or escalate issuesIndependently manage workloads to achieve client deadlines. Ensure that workloads are proritised accordingly, and effective communication is in place between relevant teams.

You will be joining on a non-salaried, profit-share basis. Working from home the financial split would be 70/30. If you would prefer to work in the London City office, located close to Moorgate tube, then the profit share would be 60/40.
