Join a trailblazing team in London on a contract basis as an Innovation Ideation & Adoption Manager. We're searching for a visionary professional to guide our journey in implementing cutting-edge AI tools. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in adopting innovative technologies, particularly within legal contexts, although experience across various industries is welcomed.Inside IR35 500- 525pdHybrid: 3 days a week in London Office3-6 month initial termASAP Start
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the adoption and integration of AI technologies such as Copilot, Gemini, Harvey, CoCounsel, LexisNexis Prot g , and Bloomberg Law.
- Design and execute hackathons to foster creativity and innovation within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and effective use of AI tools.
- Monitor technology performance and make recommendations for enhancements.
- AI Tool Implementation: Proven track record of rolling out AI solutions like Copilot or Gemini. Experience with legal-specific tools (e.g., Harvey, CoCounsel) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Hackathon Leadership: Demonstrable experience in organising and running hackathons that promote tech adoption and problem-solving.
