An award-winning, specialist boutique law firm is seeking a Temporary Legal PA to join its high-performing Commercial department in London.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a Temporary Legal PA to provide dedicated support to teams within the firm's Commercial department. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and maintaining exceptional client service standards.
Duties will include:
- Providing proactive diary management for internal and external meetings, including liaison with clients and third parties
- Amending documents with track changes, creating compares, and formatting to house style
- Managing general administrative and secretarial tasks such as raising invoices, opening and closing files, sending DocuSigns, filing (both electronic and physical), archiving, photocopying, and scanning
- Using the document management system to compile, store, and retrieve documents and correspondence efficiently
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and assisting in maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements
- At least 2 years' Legal PA / Legal Secretary experience within a law firm
- Typing speed of 65 wpm
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organisation, and effective time management skills
- Highly professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, document management systems, and digital dictation software
- CILEX qualification or study is desirable but not essential
This Temporary Legal PA position is a full time, temporary role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm for 6 weeks.
