Regional Health & Safety Lead - EMEA London 70K- 90K + Sign-on Bonus + Business Shares + Further Benefits

Are you ready to take ownership of safety standards across multiple operational sites in the UK and Europe?

Do you have hands-on experience conducting risk assessments, embedding safety policies, and upholding standards across complex operational environments?

If so, you might be interested in this hands-on, project-focused Regional Health & Safety Lead role. It gives you the opportunity to take full ownership of safety initiatives, influence standards across multiple sites, and drive meaningful improvements in operational safety.

What can you expect in this role?

  • Conduct risk assessments for machinery, equipment, and operational processes at existing and new sites.
  • Take ownership of safety aspects for new site projects, embedding standards into operations.
  • Develop and uphold policies, standards, and procedures across multiple sites.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Procurement, Engineering, Reliability & Maintenance, and New Build teams.
  • Travel across UK & EU sites (Spain, Italy, Germany, France, UK locations including London and regional hubs).
  • Support safety improvements using data-driven insights and analytics, embedding best practices and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

  • 4-10 years' experience in risk management, safety, or similar operational roles, with hands-on experience conducting risk and safety assessments across machinery, equipment, or operational processes.
  • Proven ability to take ownership, influence cross-functional teams, and embed standards across operational projects, working comfortably at all organisational levels, from site teams to senior management.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with strong oral and written communication skills for reporting, briefings, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Machinery safety knowledge is a bonus but not required.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the UK and Europe, ideally based in London with flexibility for other corporate hubs.
