Electrical Shift Engineer Commercial Maintenance Day & Night Shifts 45K + Package

We are actively recruiting for an Electrical Shift Engineer to join our planned and reactive maintenance team within a commercial, corporate environments based near Liverpool Street Station, within the City of London.

As the Electrical Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance of electrical and hvac equipment within the commercial premises.

Package:

• Salary: 45,000 per annum
• Hours: Days and Nights, Continental Shifts; 4 on, 6 off, 6 on, 4 off.
• Paid overtime available

• Permanent, PAYE position.

Duties:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance / Fault finding / Repair
• Wiring, cabling, emergency lighting, decorative and security lighting, sockets, circuits, floor boxes, power distribution, power isolation, power supplies to building services systems, electrical components within HVAC, fire and security systems, coil cleans / filter changes to HVAC equipment etc.
• Supervising sub-contractors.
• Updating on-site technical compliance, log books etc
• Providing detailed remedial reports.

Requirements:

• Must be a qualified Electrician (City and Guilds 2360 Part 2 / City and Guilds 2330 Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 etc).
• Up to date electrical regulations: City and Guilds 18th edition.
• Experience working within a maintenance role within a commercial environment is highly beneficial.
• Able to work the advertised shift pattern.
