This role would suit an experienced financial modeller, with previous cost control and FP&A experience currently working in a property & construction environment where there is a strong focus on complex operational teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage strategic FP&A projects from initiation through to execution and review.
  • Develop and present robust financial models and forecasts to support high-impact business decisions.
  • Build and maintain cost models and performance dashboards to drive transparency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate across departments to align financial planning with technology and business priorities.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities, manage risks, and deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Help shape budgeting and forecasting processes with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified or Equivalent

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience in analysing and forecasting costs, with a focus on cost optimization.
