Profile

A successful Housing Services Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in property or housing management within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Experienced in resident engagement (essential)
  • Experience in income management would be a strong plus but not essential
  • Strong knowledge of housing regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Competence in budget management and financial planning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
