  • Source and originate bridging loan investments secured against UK real estate assets.
  • Lead the end-to-end deal process, including structuring, underwriting, and execution.
  • Negotiate and structure complex transactions, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Leverage your network to drive pipeline growth and explore new markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain strong external relationships.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the lending platform.
