This opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives on securing sales, building relationships, and contributing to the growth of a high-end property portfolio.

Your Role:As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will:

• Conduct property viewings and valuations to deliver successful sales.
• Secure new instructions and expand the agency's portfolio of luxury properties.
• Mentor and develop junior sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with the Company Director to shape sales strategies and implement marketing and operational plans.

What You Bring:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in UK residential property sales.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer service expertise.
• Organisation: Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in property software and IT systems.
• Certifications: Industry qualifications (e.g., NAEA, NFOPP, ARLA) are advantageous but not essential.

• A competitive basic salary of up to 24,000, with on-target earnings exceeding 57,000.
