This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior-level role where your expertise in condition surveys and client-facing reporting will be highly valued.Your new role As a Senior Technical Services Manager, you'll be responsible for conducting visual site surveys and producing detailed technical reports with clear descriptions and actionable recommendations. This is not a maintenance auditing role - it's about technical insight, client interaction, and strategic reporting.

  • Conduct 2 site surveys per week (on average), primarily within the M25, with occasional travel further afield (expenses covered).
  • Produce 2 high-quality reports per week, based on your observations and professional judgement.
  • Work remotely, with flexibility, but be available to attend the Kings Cross office during onboarding and for team collaboration.
  • Join a tight-knit team of 6 senior engineers, all experts in their field.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in technical services management within building services (mechanical or electrical bias welcome).
  • Strong background in condition surveys, visual inspections, and technical reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work self-sufficiently.
  • Comfortable in a client-facing role, with the ability to explain technical findings clearly.
