A very establish multi-disciplinary consultancy, based in Central London, is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician. Their portfolio spans an interesting range of mostly commercial, residential and educational projects, predominately in London and the Home Counties. Their office is based in the heart of the City of London. The primary function of the role is to undertake measured surveys and to prepare planning and building control applications. A solid understanding of building regulations is required as is proficiency with AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will have around five years plus experience in a similar role. You will be joining an experienced team of architectural and surveying professionals, and the option of flexible working is on offer.
