Bid Manager Incredibly exciting opportunity for a Construction apprentice / Assistant with experience in either planning, engineering, surveying or site management to take on a dynamic client facing role with a busy Tier 1 Fit Out Contractor based in the City of London.
About the role of Bid ManagerOur client is a vibrant, modern and forward-thinking Contractor, looking for someone to join their Bids team. This opportunity will involve leading the whole construction team behind the bid and being trained and developed to be the lead 'Project Manager' to present the bid and lead the client interview & relationship, not only through Pre-Construction, but to be their constant contact throughout the project life cycle.
You will be working on projects ranging from values of 5m to 30m, within the Cat A & Cat B Commercial Fit Out sector, with an existing team of five Bid Managers, and five Graphic Designers in their head office in the City of London four days a week, one day working from home.

Requirements for Bid Manager Minimum 2 years experience in a technical role (planner, engineer, surveyor, site manager, project manager etc) DO NOT need fit out experience Able to work well as a team & independently Great communication skills Confident, outgoing & bubbly personality Motivated & an excellent work ethicMy client is looking for someone who can develop into this role and there will be training & support on offer.
