Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for creating inspiring workspaces?

We're seeking a skilled leader to join our team and deliver a transformative 250 million fit-out project, transforming a landmark building into a leading commercial destination.

This is contracted position with potential to go permanent - Day Rate DOE: Roughly 400 - 500 per day

You'll be:

  • Leading project delivery from initial planning to handover, ensuring a seamless and efficient construction process.
  • Managing budgets, schedules, and resources, delivering cost-effective solutions.
  • Overseeing contractors, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Ensuring adherence to specifications, building regulations, and quality control, delivering an exceptional finished product.
  • Proactively managing risks, safeguarding project success.
  • Reporting progress and making key decisions, ensuring transparency.

You'll have:

  • Extensive experience in managing complex fit-out projects, ideally with a proven track record of delivering projects valued at 50m - 100 million or more.
  • Experienced in High end specialist fit outs, e.g: Auditorium's, Restaurants, Bar's, Gym's, Spa's
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, technical specifications, and building regulations.
  • Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
