Senior Project Manager opportunity working for a major tier one main contractor who have a new project in the heart of London circa 150million where they need a Senior Project Manager to deliver this project reporting to a Project Director.

About the role of Senior Project Manager

This Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the full operational team and construction on site. Looking for a true leader who has experience of working on new build projects in London.

Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager

• Reporting upstream to the Project Director
• Managing a large team of up to 70 staff which will include Project Managers, Site Managers and assistants.
• Working closely with the client, working with design team, push the project along.
• Ensuring the project is kept within budget and the programme timescales followed.

Requirements for Senior Project Manager

• The ideal Senior Project Manager will have experience working on commercial and residential projects circa 100million.
• Experience working on D&B form of contract.
• The ideal Senior Project Manager will be driven, be a strong leader and be looking for progression in their career.
