Benefits Manager London (Hybrid working) 3-month contract 445 per day (Inside) ARM have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Benefits Manager to join one of our clients in London on an initial 3-month basis. If you have strong benefits experience within a business that has recently gone through a merger with systems integration, this is the ideal role for you.Responsibilities: Manage all vendors. Help growing an internal junior benefits administration incumbent into potential manager level. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Handle benefits enrolment, eligibility verification, and claims processing. Help manage employee inquiries regarding benefits packages and provide assistance as needed. Assist with budgeting and forecasting for benefits expenses. Requirements:Benefits experience within a business that has recently gone through a merger with systems integration. Strong Vendor management experience. Exp rience of PMI, Pension, Group Inc. Protection. Knowledge of Invoices and PO would be beneficial. Previous man management is preferred.This vacancy is being advertised by Advanced Resource Managers.
