iManage Lead £75,000 - £95,000 London (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office) or Remote (UK-based)

Are you an experienced professional in Document Management Systems (DMS) looking for your next challenge? A prestigious firm is seeking a skilled iManage Lead to oversee its DMS ecosystem and lead a talented team of professionals. This is a senior role reporting into global leadership in the US, offering exciting career progression and the opportunity to shape the future of the firm s DMS strategy.

About the Role As iManage Lead, you will:

  • Lead and motivate the DMS team in day-to-day operations, support tickets, and strategic projects.
  • Oversee enterprise-level solutions such as iManage, RAVN, CAM, Milan, Lexsoft, and other related systems.
  • Spearhead application implementations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and migration to the cloud.
  • Build strong partnerships with key vendors, including iManage and Litera.
  • Act as the IT owner for DMS platforms, providing expert advice to IT leadership and business teams.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices in change management, data governance, security, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the DMS team s success, managing priorities, removing blockers, and tracking progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define future strategy and maximize the capabilities of existing systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to training and quality assurance efforts.
  • Deliver clear communication to senior management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

About You The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven expertise in DMS: At least 7 years of experience with iManage, including integrations and related tools.
  • Technical proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, APIs, and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell).
  • Leadership skills: At least 3 years in a team lead or equivalent role, with experience managing competing priorities and motivating teams.
  • Industry experience: A background in professional services or the legal sector is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills: Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience in legal technology solutions (preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Milan, Intapp, and enterprise search solutions is a plus.
