Legal Secretary - Cyber Security/Life Science

Location: St Pauls - London

Working Arrangement: Hybrid, 4 days in the office 1 day WFH (Friday)!

Salary: Up to 55,000 with Bonus!

Role Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary to support two partners, along with associates and fee earners, in the Litigation and White-Collar Crime areas of law!

Key Responsibilities:

• Diary management
• Billing
• Organising and managing calendars
• Drafting and preparing correspondence
• Arranging travel itineraries and bookings
• Scheduling client meetings

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a busy law firm
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
