Key Responsibilities

• Some experience in maintenance is required and various tasks centred around maintenance tasks.
• Setting up rooms for events/meetings is a large part of the role, you will need to be organised and able to pre-empt setups/setdowns.
• Setting up meeting rooms, and working alongside the building assistant
• Moving meeting room furniture/drinks and other furniture etc around.

Health & Safety

The weekly testing of the fire alarms in the offices

Assisting contractors i.e. pest control, building surveys, water testing, etc. allowing access to any secured areas as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

Ability to work both as part of a team and unsupervised to meet the varied needs of the department.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and flexibly when required.

Previous Maintenance experience is required!

Organised manner with ability to prioritise tasks.
