Interim Learning and Change Manager February 2025 start 10 month duration C400-500 per day Working for a leading global FMCG brand. In this exciting role you will be working as part of a team on an industry leading change program as a Learning and Change Manager. Reporting to the Learning and Development Director, in this busy role, you will be responsible for embedding a new learning operating model within the business. You will be responsible for HR process development and developing the new ways of working as well as running workshops and focus groups and be responsible for communicating and engaging your stakeholders on the new learning offerings within the business. You will also be responsible for creating systems training material as well as delivering this content and running train the trainer sessions. To apply for this role, it is essential that you have operated at pace in a global matrix business where you have supported Learning and Development/Talent and wider HR change programs where you will have managed HR process design and you will be able to evidence experience of designing learning interventions as well as running train the trainer sessions. It essential that you have excellent stakeholder management and will be quick to influence and engage at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role in February 2025 and can commit to the contract duration, working weekly in a hybrid manner from the Central London office.
