About the Role

Cobalt is delighted to be working with a new and ambitious operator in the Integrated Retirement Community sector, in their search for a Sales Consultant for their flagship luxury development in Central London.

As Sales Consultant, you will be a pivotal part of the team, selling premium, off-plan apartments to high-net-worth individuals, helping them discover an exceptional lifestyle within the exclusive communities. You will work alongside the Head of Sales, ensuring all sales processes align with the brand's high standards, while delivering a first-class experience for every customer.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in luxury property, high-end hospitality, lifestyle sales, or related sectors, who thrive in a consultative, relationship-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Selling off-plan properties in their first development in Cenetral London.

  • Managing post-launch sales and handling apartment resales within existing communities.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business.

  • Working towards ambitious sales targets and KPIs in line with business growth plans.

Customer Experience:

  • Providing an outstanding client journey from first enquiry to post-sale service.

  • Acting as a brand ambassador, representing Wallacea Living at events, launches, and industry exhibitions.

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the luxury retirement property market, lifestyle trends, and customer expectations.

CRM & Administration:

  • Recording all customer interactions and sales activity via Salesforce CRM.

  • Analysing sales data and customer insights to inform sales strategy.

  • Reporting on market feedback, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales within luxury property, lifestyle, hospitality, or high-end services.

  • Experience selling to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).

  • Consultative, relationship-led approach to sales.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while being part of a wider team.

  • CRM system experience (Salesforce preferred but not essential).

  • Degree-educated is beneficial but not required.

Desirable:

  • Experience within retirement living, build-to-rent, or residential sales.

  • Empathy and active listening skills, with a focus on understanding individual client needs.

  • Experience in consultative or lifestyle-driven selling.
